Hey, I’m Alex. A freediving instructor and breathing coach, and a big believer in doing what makes you feel alive.

A few years ago, I found myself stuck in the same loop: too much sitting, too little movement, and a growing feeling that life was passing by. I knew something had to change and that’s when I discovered freediving.

What started as a curiosity quickly became a way of life. Freediving taught me how to breathe better, stay calmer under pressure, and reconnect with my body in a way I hadn’t felt in years. It challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and trust myself, and the water.

Now, I want to help others tap into the same sense of freedom and strength. This space is for people like you, who want to feel stronger, calmer, and more alive, no matter where you're starting from.
